to note, however, that state and federal regulations not only
apply to the carrier, but to the shipper as well.
When you are shipping hazardous material, it is important
that you know the regulations which apply to you. We have
developed a *Hazardous
Material Compliance Checklist which outlines in
general terms what is expected of the shipper. Keep it as
a handy reference. Non-compliance is a serious matter for
